Everything Gulf importers ask before their first order — MOQ, payments, shipping and documents.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 20-ft container (FCL). For rice that is about 26 MT, onion about 27 MT and dried chilli 16–18 MT. LCL (1 MT) is possible for spices. First-time buyers can request mixed-product containers.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. We courier a pre-dispatch reference sample, or arrange a live video inspection of the actual stock before you confirm. Sample cost is adjusted against your first order.
What payment terms do you accept?
Advance TT (bank transfer) or Letter of Credit at sight through official banking channels only. We do not use informal payment routes — your bank and ours keep a full record of every transaction.
Which Indian ports do you ship from?
Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and Mundra for most consignments. Hazira and Chennai are also possible depending on product and destination.
How long does shipment take to Saudi Arabia or UAE?
Sea freight from Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali (UAE) takes roughly 4–8 days and to Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) roughly 10–16 days. Production and packing lead time is typically 7–12 days after payment.
What documents do you provide with each shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate and lab analysis report (CofA) — as applicable per product and destination.
Can you pack with my brand name?
Yes, buyer-brand printing is possible at scale (typically from 2+ containers). Standard export bags are unbranded PP or jute. You can also mix branded and unbranded bags in one container.
Are you a government-registered exporter?
Yes. Nayab Enterprises holds IEC EYVPM2860P from DGFT, GSTIN 09EYVPM2860P1Z8 (Uttar Pradesh) and Udyam registration UDYAM-UP-56-0035909. All are verifiable on official government portals.
Do you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS or Bureau Veritas inspection can be arranged at loading at buyer's cost. Many Gulf buyers use this for first orders, then shift to our photo/video evidence process.
How fast do you respond to inquiries?
